Ordering Information
There are two ways you can place an order.
1. Email us at sales@hookedrugstudio.com with listed items, colors needed, amounts needed and any special requests. Please include full address for shipping calculations.
2. Telephone us at 780-651-8819 or email your telephone number and we will return your call.
Payment
We accept check or money order
To help keep are prices low, we do not accept Visa.
Lead Times
Once we receive your payment, we will prepare your order and ship within three days, unless we are out of stock. In the event that we are out of stock, we will contact you with further options.
Shipping
We ship with expedited post. Please allow between two to eight days for shipping. Depending upon where you live, orders typically arrive between one to two weeks from the time we receive your order and payment.
Custom Orders
There will be an additional charge for custom orders, and any changes in the design. Charges will reflect the additional work required
Mail Order Returns and Exchange
Our experience tells us that you will be delighted with our products. If you have any questions, please contact us for returning merchandise. However, our policy is that returned merchandise MUST be in its original packaging and in new condition. NOTE: Special Order merchandise IS NOT RETURNABLE. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
